Julie Anjo
Attorney
Julie is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams and helps individuals, families, and ministries find creative ways to address various legal issues.
She has been helping people navigate the complex immigration and visa landscape for the past ten years and works with organizations nonprofit law questions.
Julie helped pioneer the Office of General Counsel at the University of the Nations, Kona, where she supervised the visa department and worked on issues such as nonprofit and corporate compliance, property, and land development law. She has worked as Assistant County Attorney specializing in juvenile and family matters. She also worked for the past fifteen years on various legal matters, such as bankruptcy, family law, estate planning, and property law.
Julie is licensed to practice in Hawaii, Kentucky, Florida, and Virginia as well as England and Wales.

Allen Anjo
Attorney
Allen focuses on helping people solve legal problems and protect organizations from potential issues.
He works with organizations from creation and development to compliance and protection. He is keen on ensuring organizations establish mechanisms of protection and establish strong foundations for future growth.
Allen helped pioneer the Office of General Counsel at the University of the Nations, Kona, and for the past nine years he has worked on nonprofit compliance, insurance and risk management, policy and procedure, contract review, intellectual property, and civil litigation. Prior to that he handled criminal cases as a Special Commonwealth Attorney and was in private practice with several transactional law firms. He is GDPR qualified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP-E) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)

Matt McLoughlin
Attorney
Matt brings over 12 years of experience in immigration matters, initially serving as a law clerk in the nonprofit sector before becoming an attorney. In that role, he acted as the nonprofit organization’s liaison to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, helping ensure compliance, and prepared immigration cases, under attorney supervision, for hundreds of individuals.
Today, as an attorney, Matt’s practice spans both family-based and employment-based immigration matters.
Originally from N. Ireland and Cyprus and an immigrant to the United States himself, Matt understands the reality and importance of immigration. Outside of work, he enjoys scuba diving and international travel, having visited 47 countries and counting!
Matt is licensed to practice in Washington, and exclusively practices federal immigration law for clients nationwide.
